Tyser Greenwood Surveyors carry out work for the majority of lending institutions as well as private surveys including the RICS HomeBuyer Service (formerly known as the homebuyers report) and full structural or building surveys. We also have a number of specialist surveyors who can carry out Matrimonial/Partnership Dispute Valuations, Inheritance Tax/Probate Valuations, as well as Expert Witness/Litigation work.

All of our staff appreciate that the service we provide impacts on your relationship with the client.  Because of this we endeavour to keep all parties fully informed every step of the way and pride ourselves on having surveyors that are both approachable and happy to answer any queries. We will contact your vendors and book the survey with them immediately on receipt of your instruction.

We are seeing more people opting to have an additional survey carried out, particularly where they may be getting a free valuation, and we will do our best to fit in with the timescales required and we also offer a fast track service if it’s very urgent.
