Tyser Greenwood Surveyors carry out valuation work for the majority of lending institutions as well as private surveys including the RICS HomeBuyers Service, formerly known as the homebuyers report and full structural or building surveys.

All our staff appreciate that the service we provide impacts on your relationship with the client. Because of this we endeavour to keep all parties fully informed every step of the way and pride ourselves on having surveyors who are both approachable and happy to answer any queries. We are seeing more people opting to have an additional survey carried out, particularly where the client may be getting a free valuation, and we will do our best to fit in with the timescales required. We also offer a fast track service if it’s very urgent.

The whole team appreciate the importance of turnaround times and service levels and we aim to be amongst the top performers for everyone we carry out work for. Positive and proactive communication is at the core of what we do and we appreciate that the expectations of clients, whether large or small, need to be met.
