Whilst we carry out Mortgage Valuations, RICS Homebuyers Reports and Valuations and Building Surveys, we can also undertake specialist work, such as Expert Witness/Negligence/Litigation Cases, Development Appraisals, Probate/Inheritance Tax Valuations, etc.

We utilise both Quest and xit2 software, as well as other bespoke systems, and are happy to discuss any particular needs that you or your clients may have to improve efficiency. We currently turnaround over 90% of Mortgage Valuations and similar reports in less than 4 days, with an average number of days per job fractionally over 3. More detailed reports are issued on average within 5-7 days.
