Tyser Greenwood Surveyors aim to work closely with the mortgage intermediary and we carry out work for the majority of Panel Managers on behalf of the major lending institutions.

All our staff appreciate that the service we provide impacts on your relationship with the client.  Because of this, we endeavour to keep all parties fully informed every step of the way and pride ourselves on having surveyors who are both approachable and happy to answer any queries.

We are seeing more people opting to have an additional survey carried out, particularly where they may be getting a free valuation, and we will do our best to fit in with the timescales required and we also offer a fast track service if it’s very urgent.
